Here at 100&40forge we forge, furnish and sell a small variety of high quality carbon steel chef knives that include the Deba, the Bunka and the Petty.
Limited runs or commission that are at the bladesmiths discretion include the Nakiri and the Santoku.
We provide a 90 day return policy with refund or replacement on faulty handles and furnishings, ie rivets/pins falling out or becoming loose, handle material cracking or separating from tang.
